ARE YOUR FABRICS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
My custom TLMcKnightART Spoonflower fabrics are not available for purchase to the public at this time.

DO YOU SEW THE PIECES IN YOUR SHOP?
I do not sew my own pieces but I am in the process of learning how to sew! In the meantime I collaborate with my mother, Deloris McKnight (Memphis, TN) to hand sew and create all items such as masks and pillows.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED IN YOUR ONLINE SHOP?
Due to the hand made nature of the items in my shop, all TLMcKnightART items are final sale.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY PURCHASE?
Orders are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. If you have ordered an item that is not currently available, I will notify you via email or direct message to sort out your estimated time of arrival.

Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the USPS shipping tracking number.

At this moment in time I am not offering shipping for international orders.

WHAT DOES MY SITE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from my store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
