ULI Awards

POLES APART was nominated for an Urban Land Institute 8th Annual Impact Award for Outstanding Community Building Effort. POLES APART is a multi-media lighting, technology and mural installation at the Wanda Jackson Bridge in Bricktown. The work is a placemaking initiative funded by Downtown OKC Partnership and was created by Nathan Hendrix (True-Facade), Stephen Tyler, Tiffany McKnight, and Kyle Van Osdol.

By day, the murals by McKnight and Van Osdol vibrate on the walls near the canal and under the bridge. At night the entire area lights up with ever changing scenery.
