How Projects Are Structured

Every project begins with a discovery phase to understand the goals, scope, and context of the work.

For projects that require custom concepts, design development, or proposal creation, work begins under one of the following conditions:

• A signed agreement with an initial deposit
• A paid concept development phase
• Confirmed project funding

This structure ensures alignment on scope, timeline, and expectations and supports a focused, intentional creative process.

PROJECT PHASES

Discovery
Initial conversation to define project goals, timeline, and budget.

Concept Development
Creative direction, sketches, and design exploration. This phase begins once a project is under agreement, funded, or approved for concept development.

Design and Production
Final artwork development, revisions, and preparation for execution.

Installation or Delivery
On-site mural installation or delivery of production-ready files.

INVESTMENT

Project pricing varies based on scale, complexity, materials, and timeline.

• Murals are typically priced per square foot
• Surface design is based on customization, licensing, and production needs
• Consulting and workshops are offered at a flat rate or hourly

Detailed proposals are provided following the discovery and confirmation of the project scope.

Custom proposals and concept development are part of my professional services and are initiated once a project is under agreement or funded.
